Hello!
My name is Daniela Maria Portilla, and I am a recent graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, majoring in Computer Animation. Originally, I am from New Jersey, however my passion for animation and story led me to move to Sarasota to become an character modeler. I found my love for animation at a young age  after finding out that it could be a career path I was over the moon. I admire each aspect of the immense work dedicated to animation, from story boarding to the big screen each person plays a unique roll that makes a film so mesmerizing. One of my favorite things to do is go to the movies, and once it is finished, watch all the names go by and just appreciate how much effort was given to make me smile, laugh, and cry for two amazing hours. My goal is to be able to one day be a part of that process, and immerse people into my work, giving them the experience that I've always enjoyed.
